Picopoint's acquisition by Byelex Solutions safeguards continuity and quality of service for the future

As of the 30th of March, Picopoint BV has been acquired by Byelex Solutions BV, a subsidiary of Byelex Multimedia Products BV located in the south of Holland. Byelex has purchased all services, trade names and software from Picopoint and is committed to supply the same service to existing and new customers of Picopoint's roaming and portal services. Byelex has a track record of 14 years in the IT industry, especially in the field of portal development, hosting services and second line support. As Byelex was already performing support and development tasks for Picopoint BV, the customers can be sure that there will be no loss of services or any other discomfort of this transaction. The Management of Byelex is determined to deliver even more functionality and reliable back-office services to the Wireless Internet Industry via the Picopoint solution by means of their programming and hosting & support skills. Substantial investments will be done in the near future in additional hardware, software and hosting facilities in order to manage the growth that will be expected the coming few years.
