This subscribtion enables people to access connected Hot-Spots without paying every time. The roaming partners are paying the hotspot owners a fee per minute usage. This means that your hotspot generates instant money when someone with a roaming contract makes use of your location. It is an added way to earn more money from your hotspot location.
